Youth Services Center Case Manager

Bernalillo County’s Community Custody Program provides an alternative to detention for youth who, with sufficient supervision and support, can be safely supervised outside of detention. CCP Case Managers work with youth and families who are part of our program to identify their strengths and needs, monitor their compliance with house arrest policies, and connect them with resources to support their ongoing success. This includes frequent visits to homes, schools, and other places in the community, as well as appearances in court. Case Mangers develop strong working relationships with partners within the juvenile justice system as well as community service providers.
