Position Overview
Provide counseling services to a diverse population, including:
• Adults
• Adolescents & Teens
• Children
• Couples
• Families
• Therapy Groups
Key Responsibilities
• Provide ethical, evidence-based counseling services
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and fellow clinicians
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development and internal mentorship
program
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
Qualifications
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• Active New Mexico clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, or equivalent), or eligibility for
provisional licensure
• Recent graduates and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply if they plan to obtain New
Mexico licensure within 30 days of employment
• Experience with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, IFS, EFT, and/or EMDR is
preferred, but not required for new graduates
• Strong assessment, organization, communication, and case management skills
• Passion for collaboration, learning, and serving diverse populations
• Ability to maintain timeliness and consistency in weekly schedule with reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
• $43–$50/hour clinical rate
• Additional administrative hourly pay
• Paid for late cancellations and no-shows
• 3 weeks paid vacation annually (full-time)

Preferred Availability
Candidates should be available to work during 4:00–8:00 PM and/or one weekend day, when client
demand is highest.
