Grand Summit Recovery is looking for a dedicated Intensive Outpatient Counselor to join our recovery team. The ideal candidate will hold a current LSAA license in New Mexico. This role combines counseling and teaching to support clients in structured group and individual sessions focused on long-term recovery and life skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group and individual sessions for clients enrolled in intensive outpatient programming.
  • Deliver curriculum with fidelity and consistency.
  • Guide clients through evidence-based recovery and relapse prevention strategies.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with agency and state standards.
  • Work collaboratively with peer support staff, case managers, and clinical leadership to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current LSAA license in the State of New Mexico (required).
  • Experience working with individuals affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong communication, teaching, and facilitation skills.
