Employee Benefit Overview
· 40-hour work week (Monday – Friday 8-5pm)
· 1 hour lunch break, with a 15-minute break in the morning and one 15-minute break in the afternoon
· Starting pay rate $22.13 an hour (extra 20 cents for multilingual)
· First year is probationary
· After 1st year, you have the option to join the union – would have to pay union dues
· Accrued leave
o Annual leave 3.08 hours per pay period
o Sick leave 4.00 hours per pay period
o This equals 10 days per year, but increases the longer you are here
· 2 personal leave days per year (after 1 year probation)
· Paid Parental leave (after 1 year probation)
· 11 paid holidays per year
· Fitness and Wellness
o Eligibility reviewed after probation
o Administrative leave for up to two hours per week
· Direct deposit
· Mandatory contribution to PERA (required to contribute 8.92% of your salary)
· Optional contribution to Deferred Compensation
· Health Insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance must be completed first 30 days of employment (or Qualifying Event)
· Basic Life Insurance for employee (additional amounts and family members available at added cost)
