  Starting Wage Range
  $24 to $30 (Hourly Wage is dependent on qualifications).Production staff responsibilities include; Assisting in the general construction of prefabricated wood building
  components, including material cutting, framing & sheathing, insulation, & weather protection.
  On-the-job training may include: architectural plan reading, General construction best practices, forklift
  operation, green building design and construction, power and pneumatic tool use, and safety.
