In this position, you will be responsible for completing the operational phases of a utility plant which includes using tools, instruments, meters, gauges in electrical, plumbing and boiler plant operation.
Assist in operation and repair of multiple mechanical driven electric generators or other mechanical instruments.
Assist in the operation and repair of air compressors, fire pumps, domestic water booster pumps, cooling towers, water softeners and associated pumps, valves, or actuators.
Assist in testing and analyzing boiler water, feed water, condensate, chill water, heating water or cooling tower water.
Check gauges for proper temperature and air balances, plugged drains, malfunctioning freezers, or control panels.
Start, stop and switch all heat-cooling and ventilating systems and their associated equipment in their proper sequence.
