Job title: Part-Time Operations Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY:
• Provide training, support and disciplinary actions of all team members.
• Create a daily plan for production
• Monitor work in progress and pro-actively plan to accommodate changing business needs
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep up-to-date procedures and policies and ensure team members are updated.
• Complete paperwork and data entry in accordance with company policies & procedures.
• Interact with other supervisors and managers to ensure proper support is given to all departments
• Interact with department manager to support daily operations and pro-actively address issues
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
•High School or equivalent required
•Willingness to cross train and work in other departments
•The ability to read, write and communicate in English
•Therefore, this position requires applicants to submit proof, prior to the start date, that the successful applicant is fully vaccinated against COVID-19
