Leadership Fellowship

The application for the 2024 Leadership Fellow Program has opened. The program is open to students who: (1) are graduating with a graduate degree between December 2023 and June 2024; (2) have a passion for public service; and (3) are open to rotating through four different business functions over the span of two years. Even though this is rotational program, Leadership Fellows are full-time, permanent employees with a yearly salary and benefits. After successful completion of the program, Fellows are considered for key roles throughout the agency. As of 2023, we have close to 100 program alumni who are still working at the agency in just about every department. The deadline to apply is November 30, 2023 but students are encouraged to apply earlier because applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The program is expected to start in early July 2023. Last year, we welcomed 10 Fellows but the 2024 class size is still TBD. The application, along with more details, can be found on the website below. Deadline to apply is November 30, 2023.
