Perform a wide variety of professional duties to administer Impact Fees estimate andcollect impact fees for parks, recreation, public safety, roadway, drainage, and trail andopen space facilities in accordance with the applicable ordinances; maintain records andreporting in compliance with ordinances and state law; develop and maintain impact feecomputerized tracking system; review and approve impact fee credits and refunds fromrecipient departments; manage, track and maintain impact fee and financial records forimpact fee refunds and creditable improvements; present recommended revisions toordinances as appropriated to City Administration, staff and City Council.
