Behavior Interventionist
Behavior Change Institute
Behavior Interventionists provide 1:1 behavior intervention to individuals diagnosed with Autism
and home, school and community based settings. Under the supervision of a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior Interventionists implement behavioral strategies to improve
socially significant behaviors. Behavior treatment plans typically address functional
communication, challenging behavior, daily living, vocational, and social skills. The Behavior
Interventionist is responsible for monitoring goals outlined in the treatment plan by reporting
progress to the BCBA supervisor through daily data collection and clinical documentation.
